TelkomMobile fails to complete MTN number porting over

<p>A month ago I ported my MTN number to Telkom Mobile, little did I know that I am running my self into serious poor service. I contacted Telkom mobile on the 7th of November 2016 to report that MTN users cant get through to me either by sms or voice call. Telkom promised to solve this problem right away but they have been failing since then. Today its almost a month with this problem and I have been calling Telkom week in week out countlessly but still no joy. I wrote on Facebook, I went to Telkom branch in Westwood(Durban) and Pavilion but still no help. They keep telling me its a routing issue and to me it means Telkom Mobile decieved me into thinking they can completely port my number over without me having to pay for it, because now I am definitely paying for it. #TelkomMobile @TelkomMobile</p>
