MY mother has passed away, in 2004 and I have phoned in several times, as per below, to the call centre , 2004 I send death certificate and they told me it will be cancelled, every month I have debit order going off as per below as well, every month, and no one stop it from your side, I Keep on phoning and they tell me that it was cancelled , if you can please listen to the voice recordings as well, since 2004, where the agent told me it has been cancelled, and yet, payments going off my account, I had enough, i need to know when the amount will be paid back to me as this cellphone was never used after 2004 August .

The Total amount is R 14 631,00 that you took from my account after death certificate was issued, I keep on asking bank to do stop it as well, then I pay amount of R99 for 3 Month then you keep on deducting,
