Telkommobi ****

People, be careful if you get a call from Telkommobi as this seems to be a ****. I took out a contract with them for R87 which seemed to go well for a while. Then they phoned again and offered me a deal for data and a router. This was going to be under R100 monthly excluding the first month there would be a R99 extra charged....ok no problem....then the next month all of a sudden they took off R289 and the next month they tried to take off R732. I haven't even used the data yet. The router is not even switched on. You try to phone but you just keep holding on and no answer. I held on for 45 min. This is appalling. How do I get this stopped?
