TELKOMMOBI ****

Telkom has been nothing but salt in my wounds. I have been to several telkom stores to assist me with an unauthorized debit to my account yet all of them do not know how to solve my problem and refer me to the telkom call Centre. If the phone connection isn't bad then the call with the consultant ends before I even get to the point of my enquiry...and this call is done directly from the store. I have recently found that the sim number to my Router belongs to someone else yet money in huge amounts are being deducted from my account EVERY month. Sometimes even twice in one month. If that doesn't say **** then I must be crazy. I am sick and tired of having to reverse payments. I regret ever taking this contract. Debits do not even go off around the same time, they are all random dates. How can Telkom tolerate this kind of reputation, it is beyond me. Those good deals are for once off cash purchases only... No relationship with Telkom ever goes well.
