TELKOMMOBI distorts information

So in December i took a contract with telkom over the phone,The deal was so good,the consultant was very helpful and he failed to mention the important stuff.

1.I can not recharge airtime,i can only buy bundles 2.Once my monthly voice calls to other networks are used up they allow you to make calls the trick is they charge you(They say its 70'c per minute ,but i highly doubt that) 3.Once your data bundles are used up they charge you 4.They charged me R17 for sending statements which i never received in the post

I love things that are transparent,instead of paying R189 last month i ended up paying R601.19.I love contracts where i am able to manage it and control it myself.
