Telkom...less than 1 star ! *** service, support non-existent

I was hoping i didnt have to give a star at all! Ordered fibre for my mom 7 May what a joke! Every time i follow up they say there is an incident but wont say what. they say its with openserve and wont tell me how to contact someone there. Very very disappointing Telkom! and Openserve.... :( where can i go from here...? Hundreds of rands trying to call, message etc.. no help at all..
