Telkom…leading in **** customer service

I went to Telkom in Eastgate Mall next to checkers for a billing query , I was welcomed by the ****ty attitude by some guy yellow boned guy with a fade who I politely greeted and didn’t even look at me when I stated why I was there. Pointed me to a desk and said someone will help me.

I had a billing query of 2.79 which I didn’t and why. A lady with a gold tooth was appointed to help. When asking what the outstanding amount was for she couldn’t explain, told me it’s flash payment. When I also asked what the flash payment is she still couldn’t explain.

Telkom teach your people to have a little bit customer service especially towards black customers….as we also paying for these services, we not getting them for free.
