Telkom...........lack of competent people and service

Had my phone line ****** over eight years ago , got charged for telephone and line rental for nothing , went in to Gateway to get it resolved ...no service. sent emails....nothing

want my money back and cancelled service ..or lack off....

Stopped paying till it get resolved and still get Debt collectors phoning me , wanting money for not line or service ... cant even close an account with Telkom .... can someone who is competent resolve
