I lost my phone which is insured with finrite under telkom mobile insurance, did all necessary things for my claim, from the 29th till to date I'm not attended to, some rude consultant drops the phone on me when I ask why is it taking so long to get usage report from telkom. Why is telkom not providing that usage report , both telkom and finrite consultants hung up on me. Yet they still debit me for the insurance on a device I don't have.
