Telkom/Huawei do not deliver on their deals/promises

I have upgraded in April 2019 at Telkom Baywest Mall, PE. Anele from Telkom and Thabo from Huawei convinced me to take the P30 because, as per them, it is a better phone as the Samsung Note that I wanted AND I will receive a Huawei watch with the upgrade deal. Still have not received the watch that was promised to me because Anele from Telkom did not but the claim through to Huawei and Huawei and Telkom do not want to own up to their deals/promises.
