Telkom..............Hellkom

My rating for Telkom is actually ZERO. Their service is pathetic. They offered an upgrade on my internet, but cancelled all existing p/w and usernames and now cannot reactivate the account. But they HAVE managed to bill me for a service I dont have......Several calls to complain, cancel or fix their incompetence has revealed that they are absolutely incapable of providing any kind of service. The query has escalated to Tier 2, and still, nothing has been done.
