Telkom...Gave me great service.

Well, Telkom get's a bad rap in general. And I would agree, the service can sometimes not be that great in some towns. I'm situated in Worcester and have been dealing with them for several years. In Worcester, we have had nothing but good service from them. I used them for adsl as well as cell phone contracts. I have had downtime on my internet once in 4 years and had to work with call center staff on one or two occasions regarding the one dowtime incident and also some issues regarding my phones. The service has been good and the staff have been friendly and helpful. Give credit where credit is due! Kudos!
