Telkomg customer service pathetic

Honestly pathetic service if i could give 0 stars i would the service given by Pumla Ngobes on your billing side was really disgusting telling me to hurry up cause they closing at 6 and i was unaware, my parents were told to pay the bill at woolworths and that it would take 5 hrs before the wifi would be operating. This lady had such a attitude telling me it does say that you can pay on the site for it to reflect immediately and the more im explaining to her that it does not she insists with a attitude it does. Then huffing and puffing on the phone while im trying to send proof of payment, after telling her she sound irritated she says is she not allowed to breathe! Customer service a 0, telkom you lost a client because of your employees!
