Telkom/Finrite's Failed Cell Insurance Cancellation

In mid November 2019 I cancelled my mobile insurance with Telkom's Finrite but in Jan 2020 I see I'm still being debited for the insurance. I contacted Telkom who confirmed the insurance is still active I then contacted Finrite who said it was cancelled back in November. So who is fooling who? This disconnect between Telkom and Finrite is costing me money.
