Telkom/Finrite ****

I signed a contract with telkom a month ago and was given the impression by the agent that their insurance is R83 for both phones and not each phone. I tried to contact the stupid insurance to cancel as I was given the wrong impression and they kept giving me a hussle to cancel their nonsense! The agent I spoke to from finrite gave me so much attitude and when I asked that she escalate my call she placed me on hold for more than 10 minutes!
