Telkom/Eskom

I am so disgusted with the service from Telkom.They are a front for Eskom just another goverment owned company.*****ing our money.I Am paying for 10mbs on 2 year contract.At best I get 4mbs and like today 0.33 and 0.00mbps.There has been no improvement and how do I get out of my contract.....I can't believe why I should pay for a service based on speed/data and one gets 0.3%
