Telkom/Currier it

This is the second week that I received a sms that my new Telkom phoned it going to be delivered on that day. Then nothing happens. Today I received the same message that the phone is going to be delivered today between 8am and 5 pm. I received the message at 10.29am and at 12.12pm that it could not be delivered. On each of these days I phoned the no supp**** for enquiries. The answer."I don't know". I am waiting for a superviser by the name of Monique Manuel to phone me back. I also advised Telkom that the currier must phone me from the gate as it is a security complex Each day I get a new referal no today it is THD. 00478 521. Ena Hon
