Telkomclaims OMART

I must say I'm soooooo disappointed with telkomclaims insurance (OMART). My phone was booked for repairs on the 3rd of June 2024, today is the 18th of July, I still don't have my phone ... Number one they don't follow up or update you, You have to keep on calling them for a follow up. I called second week after booking asking how far are they...they told me to send them proof of account payment and I'd copy... I did that Two weeks passes no response no communication.. I call again they say I sent the wrong proof... I send the right one... One week again..silence... I call again they now tell me they saw my documents they will email me the amount I have to pay for access fee, 3 days later they send the wrong amount , I call to verify...they now rectify and tell me that my phone will be ready after 2 to 4 days .... Now it's almost a week ....I'm still waiting.... No response just silence....I guess they are waiting for me to call again...
