Telkomclaim

My device was ****** on the 21st of Jan - all documents were submitted to Telkomclaims -I only receive an sms that claim was received - I have been trying to call Telkom Claims without any luck - i called Finrite said that they no longer work with Telkom - numbers i have for telkom no one is answering call - email no one is responding - i have never not even once default on my payment - i dont have a phone now still stuck - we in Feb now and still nothing -
