TELKOM,,,,Business Internet Down Due To Cable Theft... As if Its our Problem.....

so our internet has been down since last week Friday ( this for a Business is absolutely Horrible ). Each and Everytime I phone to check up on the status there is a new problem or they can not give me an ETA on the cables that was ******. funny coincidence as this happens once a month where we sit without internet for atleats 2weeks. Maybe we as client should refuse to pay for the weeks that our business suffers, I don't think they will be to happy with that....
