Telkom/BCX -- Bad, bad, bad service

Fibre line down for 18 days now - my full account is with Telkom/BCX (ISP&Fibre) but somehow between BCX and Vuma they are unable to resolve my issue. Fault ref: ISP-*** TIN*** Vumatel Object ID: ***A97EF9D-
