In sharing my cellphone provider woes with my partner, he told me his issues with Telkom SA. R245 being deducted monthly, for the past 3 years, after a *****ulent account was opened in his name. Numerous mails, phone calls, in-store visits and still the deductions happen each month! Telkom, come to the party guys! At least cancel the account now!

15 Oct 2023, 07:59After Telkom couldn't be bothered to reply to complaints etc, we decided to visit the Telkom branch in Centurion mall, fully expecting to have to fight, wait, be disappointed and not get much achieved...
Enter Winnie, a consultant at Telkom Centurion mall.
She assisted in a friendly and efficient manner, showing compassion and giving guidance to solve this matter quickly.
She opened a new case, reattached all the details and promised to follow up for resolution, asking us to return after 14 days.
We did so. Great was our amazement that the case was concluded and we were credited on our account.
Winnie printed the correct forms for us to have the credit refunded to our bank account and advised where to have this filled out.
After 3 years, we just needed 1 staff member who knew what she was doing.
Thank you Winnie, you are an absolute star and a pleasure to work with!
