Telkom...AGAIN

Telkom gave me up with some legal company because they said I owe them money. I cancelled my landline etc with them 2 years + ago at the Eastgate branch and signed up with Vumatel and Afrihost for internet when they came to our neighborhood. After trying to explain this to the legal firm I decided to pay the amount just to get this behind me. I did not owe anything because I do not have any product from Telkom. This lady at the legal firm said she will sort it out and that I don’t have to worry anymore. But I just received another account from Telkom. I do not even remember the number of the landline we had, so it’s impossible for me to go onto their customer service line to try and sort this out. The statement only Has a reference number. (***) Im just wondering, am I going to sit with these *********** people for the rest of my life. Or will there be someone with I bit of integrity at Telkom that will come back to me on this matter
