Shocking service from Telkom Zevenwacht! Manager rude and does not even know how to cancel a subscription. Jermain could not help with any of our queries. There also seems to be a **** running with me paying a LTE line under an unknown companies name. Their answer is simply they do not know what to do. Did they not have any training and how do you become a manager if you can not help with cancelling a LTE service or reporting possible *****?

I am in the process of getting fibre and will avoid Telkom at all cost.
