Telkom Zero zero zero rate

Telkom Brits is annoying, i was having monthly contract with them last year and they didn't deduct on the day that i told them, and on top of that they vlocked my simcard in November. But even now theyre still deducting more money than the they're supposed to. I tried to make contact with them they don't bother to answer their phone. Not even on whatsapp they just bluetick, they do not reply. I will never have a contract with them ever again. Stop deducting my money as I'm no longer using your data.
