Telkom Zero Service

<p>My Telkom line is out of order since 20 April and i have reported this line ref 719CRK180417 and i was sms that this line ********** 167 will be fix in 24 h it is now the 13 June and upto now this </p> <p>line is still out of order i have send them a few mail to Cancel this line in the last two monts and up to now the only thing a get is a account of 0f R 274 per month that i have been paying now what do i have to do more to Tell Telkom to cancelk this line and refund me .</p>
