Telkom you're denting my credit record

@TelkomZA I have been trying cancel a contract that is apparently in my name for the past few months with no help from Telkom now i have bebt colletors calling and send letters,i have a clear credit record which i will not allow your company to dent. I called today at 13:05 and spoke to babalwa poswa very rude, unfeeling person i am appalled by your service i just want telkom to stop debiting my account and remove my name from the collectors. When i ask them has the sim they say it was delivered to me has ever been active the answer is no but they can't help me with cancellation of contract with customer number ***.
