TELKOM YOUR SERVICE VERY POOR

I got a contract phone Samsung S8 about two months ago. I am still waiting for my number to be ported, that after I went to Telkom Outlet at Montana Crossings about 4 times and each time spending about an hour waiting to be served. The last was 3 weeks ago when I heard it is now a technical problem and was reported to the technical department plus my name and contact number was written down in their complaints book. Till now nobody from Telkom has phoned me. Me in the meantime has to walk around with two phones the one (old phone) to receive phone calls and new phone for emails / whatsaps. I am planning to go there tomorrow again and I dont think I am going to be the nice person I have been the last 5 times!!
