Telkom your service sux

Telkom Fiber is the worst ever when it comes to customer service. Been waiting over a month for the fiber to be transferred from one complex to the ther about 1 km apart in the same estate. Every time we speak to Telkom they say its been processed then the following person will tell us we need to wait 24 to 72 hours and the following person will say you were booked for a certain day but they could not make contact with me???? Bull you never phoned me!!!! Today i get a person called Justin sounding like a woman telling me she can not allow me any info cause i am not the account holder???? First person from Telkom to say that. Your service level is worse than could ever be expected but month end they want their money!!!
