TELKOM YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!!

TELKOM, I am so angry with you, I have to stop myself from swearing at you. You are all ****** useless!!!! I've report a problem over and over again yet nothing ever happens. You are always experiencing high call volumes and I have waste my time over and over again to try get through to you and when I do,most of the time u cannot give me answers. I have e-mailed you and commented on posts here on Facebook where I have complained before, yet I still get no response. <br> <br> My latest reference number is 504CWK091115 which i report last week and yet no one has contact me.<br> What does one have to do to get a response out of you people. I have never experience such bad service in my life!!!<br> I need this problem to be sorted out URGENTLY!!!! And when I mean URGENTLY, I do not mean African time whereby everything takes 2 weeks to happen.
