TELKOM YOUR SERVICE STILL SUCKS!!!

When is someone in Telkom going to wake up and respond to my numerous and ongoing complaint that remains unresolved for 15 months now!!!!! TELKOM - Get off your high horse and start listening to your customers! It is quite clear from the numerous, ongoing HP complaints that Telkom is an extremely arrogant company that really does not care for its customers. Going to a Telkom store is as useless and calling them! There employees simply do not care, have no interest in assisting, or even attempt to **** a bit of customer empathy! I challenge any manager in Telkom who may have a little self respect, and who may actually care for their customers opinions about their service/lack thereof!! Read my complaints and get the issue sorted please - SOON. I am fed up of begging TELKOM to fix my issue. What will it take for someone in TELKOM to pay attention?
