No stars that what it should be. They *********** and the one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Debit Order went off on the 26th July and they cut my phone today. My debit order clearly states the last day of the month. Today is the last day. When you phone you press this that and the other. I held on for for more than 20 minutes for one call. I phoned 3 times today. They have the money, the will excalate the matter, it was a mistake, they can see on their side, etc, etc. Just not good enough. I am furious. I had an operation and am in a cast. I am unabe to move around. I need my phone to be able to order food and be in touch with the outside world. Their service sucks!!! Rather go with Vodacom, CellC or one of the other brands.
