Telkom , Your Service is Shocking

In the Northriding area we have been without internet for 7 days now . The staff admitted there is a tower down . (Telkom Northgate ) but no one can tell you when it will be fixed. The staff are shocking with service . They admitted they have logged 'lots ' of complaints and queries . But still we without signal. The service says Connected Without Internet. What about the lost data , what about We paying for something that doesn't work. I have queries that have been logged. I have been into two branches . Telkom . You are shocking . Your service is disgusting.
