Telkom your pathetic

<p>My internet and telephone is down for two weeks due to bad weather. After another week of endless calls to the tecnical department they fix up my line. Not a week after that they start throtteling me and when i phoned the tecnical department they tell me i used 200 gigs of data only playing on my ps4 for 2 days! Can someone please assist with telkoms unfairness?</p>
