Telkom - you’ll never see your refund!

3 months, I have been sent from pillar to post and ALL around again.

I have spoke to so many agents, emailed so many agents my documents, and yet - I still sit with no refund.

Every time I call, it’s a different reason as to why it hasn’t been processed… yet the BILLING DEPARTMENT seems to be the common issue! That, and the fact that NO ONE communicates - and you can’t even phone Telkom to speak to anyone!! It’s ridiculous!

I have submitted all documents requested on MULTIPLE occasions, get made huge promises that I will get feedback - and still NOTHING!

All I want, is to know why on earth it takes over 3 months to get a damn refund! Case number ***7.

Probably wasting my time since Telkom doesn’t understand the terms “responding” or “communication”.
