Telkom - you will struggle to cancel your contract

I called into the call center to cancel my contract, after holding for 30 minutes the consultant (Sibongile) tells me that her system is blank she need to transfer me back to the main line. She advised there is NO email address or other way to cancel the contract.

Surely there should be other process / communication avenues.
