Telkom you took my money and gave me nothing!

I app**** by internet for Telkom wifi on the 28/01/2019, I then got a message to pay R700.00 deposit, which I did on the 05/02/19, until today I have received nothing...12/03/19, everytime I phone they tell me the order was not placed, they are placing it, when I call again they say there is a double order they have to cancel one, next call my order was cancelled and they don't know why they will investigate....I call again, are told to call 10210 and choose option 2, I do that and are told my order is still there, it was only placed 15/02/19 I must cancel it to get my money back...If I say I am frustrated it would be a understatement, this experience has been hell, and now I don't know how to get my money back...
