Telkom - You suck

So, I probably am in a long list of unhappy customers (understatement), but I need to put this on record. Telkom you are utterly useless in meeting your customer needs. I did an early upgrade at your store, this was granted. We had an agreement of joining the old device amount and new device amounts into one and my contract extended. I walked out a happy customer, but two weeks down the line, I have been cut-off and Telkom shop and Telkom Call Center are telling me two different stories and nobody is solving My Problem, but rather telling me about their problems. Call Center says I need to pay R10,000 upfront for the old device and the store says they have combined everything. Now this leaves me with a few lines that are not able to make calls. I have spent two days now trying to get Telkom to resolve this as I did not cause this. Another day goes by without a working telephone line. No concession will be given I am sure and no true customer care exists here. I cannot believe I am stuck with you lot for another two years...
