TELKOM YOU SUCK

After struggling for 2monthes to get an appointment, I finally got an installation date. Telkom couldn't give me a time of installation so I took a whole days un paid leave. And guess what???? They didn't pitch up. SO they waste my time and money. Then no one phoned me back! I'm busy with my 14th phone call for this week and no can help me!!! Then I hear that my order has been cancelled and that I must re apply and wait another damn 2monthes and take another days un paid leave!!! How bad can one company be??? That's why Telkom is busy failing , because they are the most unprofessional company that one would ever deal with!!!!! The people in the call centre is so un professional and they don't even know what's going on and what to do! And they don't ever have a manager to talk to! The one day I got transferred to 5 different departments and no one knew what to do!
