Telkom you suck !!!

I logged a fault for a Telkom landline that has been down since 27 March due to a storm. The thing is every time there is storm the lines go down and Telkom takes forever to sort it out. Its quite clear that there is something faulty with the cables. Its now 6 weeks and still no working phone lines!!!! Telkom has no urgency and every time I call the call center there is a different excuse which makes no sense.

Please catch a wake up Telkom and provide me with the service which I am paying you for ! Having a landline in working condition is imperative in my house hold.
