Telkom - YOU SUCK

Telkom has to be the most useless organization . A simple speed upgrade has turned into a unbelievable experience . Hours and hours on the phone with many many different consultants has yielded the same result - nothing . I am being billed now for a service I don't have which ultimately is going to lead to more time being taken up talking to various consultants to rectify that issue . Telkom you SUCK
