Telkom you need to step up

What a horrific experience my wife had with the *********** call centre people working at Telkom. What a way to treat a new and approved customer. My wife app**** for a cellphone contract. She was approved, and when we phoned to follow up the was the one issue after the other. Today we heard she was approved but there was not yet a profile created for her so she had to do it all over. How can you approve someone with no profile? The after she had to give her address, her address not even street name could be found, but it ahows on gps. No ways we never had such bad service. My advice, dont waist your time with Telkom
