Telkom you need to restore my services

Telephone line keeps going dead. It's been 2 months. Have been struggling to use my internet that I have paid for. I asked telkom for a refund for the days they sent 1 SMS and never contacted me. Technician was here on Wednesday and I was promised the line would be right by Friday. Still nothing.. but everyone in the area has internet and they cant seem to fix the problem or refund the lack of service
