TELKOM YOU MOTHER F*&^%$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had posted a complaint on Hello Peter in the hope that we would eventually get the necessary assistance. But this too seems like Telkom owns this site too, so its a losing battle. WE HAVE NOW CALLED THREE TIMES ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE. but the dumb fools on the other side just cant help. My mother, who is a pensioner, has to reload airtime everytime she is put on hold and then loses the call... NOBODY EVER CALLS BACK, NOBODY EVER FOLLOWS UP?????????????????????? WHAT THE FAAARKKKK Telkom???? How many times can one person call and request to see if there is any development in having her telephone line re-installed at her new place, it doesnt help. My mother has so many reference numbers she cant remember if she wrote them down correctly?????????????? This is soooooo disturbing??????????????????????????????????? Can not one single soul help?????????????????????????
