Telkom You messed up

After applying for a contract online on the 22nd of July 2018 , a sales rep called me about my application. i was approved for the contract discussed .I gave my banking details. i gave address ( work and home ) i gave payslips , bank statements. The conversation ended with me being approved and me waiting for my first debit to go off on my account. After a week has gone by and me calling in that week to get confirmation on the account being approved , 29 July Monday morning , i called in to find out about the first debit , just to be told that my contract was never approved . What is the next move ? Cause i'm ready
