Do You remember anything of this customer. She recon that she was sent 2 contracts from the call centre and she did not ask for it. She brought the phones back to the store and she said you kept the device as she wanted to cancel the contract. I do not remember these phones and do not recall us sending these phones back at all. Please can you jog you memory as this customer has opened a ******** case now.

Please note that after numerous call your and complaints nothing was done to this day,I have been patient but,I need answers.

Your ***** department has not given any answers and i HAVE PERSONALLY WENT TO THE STORE SEVERAL TIMES AND nOTHING WAS DONE.
