Telkom you have reached new lows!!

So I went into Telkom store in Bluff .....I must say those days of the customer always been right are far gone! The salespeople at Telkom clearly have ab attitude about themselves!! Was told my contract wasn't cancelled because I still had time before 24 months were up. If that is the case why wasn't I told that a month ago when I took new contract assuming old was cancelled as I requested. Apparently my new contract doesn't count because its month to month!! Plus I have no answers about getting card for data not useful or refund. Left my details for someone to call me. ...I won't hold my breath...Telkom service is truly pathetic!!
