Telkom - you get what you paid for!

Almost 3 weeks without a phone. That is after my insurance claim was "approved", and excess was paid. They may be the cheapest service provider, but you get what you paid for. Poor service, as well as rude/*********** staff! One consultant was extremely confused when asked about a "turn-around time"..
