Telkom, you don’t really care…do you

<p>So, I logged a fault with my landline and ADSL line not working at all. Only, to receive an sms from Telkom to say the issue is resolved ( which it was not ) - I had to call into the call centre to say the issue is still ongoing, to date, not communication from Telkom. Lucky I don’t have a debit order with them!</p>
