Telkom, you can do better.

Telkom has this new Tap2Win game, where you play and get to win data or whatever. So everytime you recharge by an amount of R20 they give you a free play, which would be nice. The thing is they would interrupt your play before you even complete the 30 seconds. Would really like to understand why they do so.

Secondly, why has Telkom network not improved yet they used to own 50% of vodacom in the early days of cellphone business? Why is their service so unreliable? Luring customers with nice prices or benefits or data and calls is just not enough. It's frustrating not to be reachable when you run a business because of an unavailable network.

Somehow I believe you can ace this game. You should be on top of it. What is holding you back?
